It seems as landlords are being selective, charging more, or simply not renting until the moratoriums are over for good. I have talked to people from different states to see if they are hitting to same road blocks. Noteworthy, that the eviction moratorium does help a lot of people while hurting some who are trying to do better for themselves. The eviction moratorium is holding the same weight as extra tax dollars given to those who have kids or those who have business interest while those who might had a reduction of hours but not enough to get unemployment or who don't have kids struggle to figure out the next steps of their future.
