In my professional context, I deal with customer contact, and team management is required, so I have to show responsibility by meeting deadlines and completing assigned tasks. I must maintain ethical principles and respect towards my coworkers, as these values are fundamental for teamwork, keeping an attitude that leads me to develop good communication with the client. I should also have a proactive attitude and continually seek knowledge, as constant learning is essential for both intellectual and professional development.
