Hello, my name is Jenny, and my ID is 31-18-58-0. I am currently working on Worksheets 5, and my instructor is Guillermo Masquita. The activity I am focusing on is “Evidence GA4-24-02-02-50-1-AA2-EV02.”
I would like to begin by mentioning how my academic and work context has changed throughout my adult life. Initially, I studied for a Degree in “Technology in Systems.” When I completed my degree at a young age, I found it challenging to secure a job.
Later on, I did training in bakery and pastry-making. I used the knowledge and skills I acquired to start a successful business project that lasted for many years. During this phase of my life, I developed the ability to make decisions and organize my work independently, rather than following instructions from others.
After that period, I transitioned into the pharmacy sector, focusing on merchandising and sales. If I had continued with the chemistry-pharmaceutical company, I would have progressed to the role of sales coordinator. I developed my leadership skills while serving as a field supervisor for the Colombian population census, where I led a team of workers in conducting the census. This experiences show my capacity to adapt and be flexible across different work sectors. I have managed various responsibilities, maintaining accountability to customers, my superiors, and my subordinates.
My plans include completing my degree in Logistics Coordination, which will enable me to shift my professional career.
