Today, I am going to talk about my academic and work experience, my future plans, and the importance of flexibility, adaptability, leadership and professional responsibility. Currently, I work as a logistics and sales assistant in a chemical company. My main responsibilities include organizing orders, checking products, supporting sales activities and helping with the delivery process. This job has taught me that organization, teamwork and responsibility are very important. Sometimes, unexpected situations happen, such as changes in orders, delays in deliveries or problems with products. When this happens, I try to stay calm, analyze the situation and find a good solution. I believe that if we work as a team, we can solve problems more easily. Also, if a process changes, I have to be flexible and learn new ways to do my job. In my academic life, I am learning important topics about logistics, inventory management, transportation and supply chains. My studies help me understand my job better and improve my professional skills. One of my main goals is to finish my technological program at SENA in 2028 and continue growing professionally. I would like to improve my knowledge of logistics and become a better professional. If I have the opportunity to become a logistics coordinator, I will use my experience and knowledge to support my team and improve work processes. I also believe that if people had more opportunities to learn, they would be more productive and confident at work. In my opinion, flexibility and adaptability are essential in the workplace because every day can bring new challenges. A good worker must be responsible, respect the rules and be willing to learn new things. For example, if there is a problem with an order, I look for a solution instead of blaming other people. If I make a mistake, I take responsibility and try to correct it. I also believe that leadership is not only about giving orders. It is about listening to others, helping coworkers and making good decisions. If we are responsible and work together, we will achieve better results. Finally, I think that my academic and work experiences have helped me become a more responsible and adaptable person. I know that I still have many things to learn, but I am motivated to improve every day.
