Yesss I am back! Forgiving is one of the hardest things I have done on my personal journey of growth. In this episode I tell you a bit about my evil witch Stepmom.
Seriously I started practicing forgiving this year and it had a big impact on my life. I never imagined or believed forgiving is so important. Well I have done it and can't wait to tell you about it. Sound sucks! please forgive me
10/24/25 update: i thought i forgave and later i noticed i did not; i still had anger, hurt and other big emotions about her. It took a few years to process this stuff. Now i am 80% confident I have forgiven much of that stuff. I also confused forgiving with 'this will stop hurting when i forgive'
About this podcast:
I was afraid to be myself for years. I pretended to be comfortable in social events, parties, work meetings. But inside I was struggling; afraid of being judged and saying something stupid. Then I read a book called Quiet by Susan Cain. This book changed my life.
I am learning and want to share this messy stuff about myself and the world. I hope you find this useful.
