There are so many interesting and new thoughts to consider when reading and re-reading Contact Report #919, however this
inevitably leads to many new questions.
When reflecting upon the deposited thought energies that spread/store/deposit themselves cosmos-wide, either as negative
or positive thought energies/impulses, this means that these impulses are not localised. Even though thought has a limited
speed/range of approximately 3 light seconds (if I remember correctly), thoughts are somehow also stored/deposited into a
cosmos-wide energy-field (for lack of a better term). When Billy states cosmos-wide, are we to assume that cosmos-wide
includes all 7 material belts/dimensions and all of the different space-time continuums associated with them? In order to clear
this question up I asked Christian Frehner, and he replied that according to his understanding, cosmos refers to just our Dern
Universe. It seems that this is related not only to our planetary storage bank but the Universal-overall-storage-block. This
cosmos-wide storage is a different process than that of the Creation-life-energy which spreads itself out throughout the
Creation at 10 7000 x the speed of light and which then picks up stored evolutionarily impulses via the Creation-life-energy
unconscious which in turn releases these to the subconscious of the associated human being and is useful for the further
