SHE’S BAAAACCCKKKKK!

Chay has returned to the mic (finally)! She’s filling us in on how this season of transition and “adulting” has pushed her into unfamiliar territory. By learning how to set boundaries, and give herself grace, one step at a time, Chay is embracing the necessity of growing pains.
