I wanted to share this profound and candid testimony from my student Denise, as she talks about her journey with reiki and about the Master Level training that we just completed. It's so beautiful to hear the ways that reiki works to heal us each in such unique ways. I always have a hard time describing what reiki is, but I feel that listening to this story will really give you a good idea about what reiki is, and how it can impact your entire life in the most beautiful ways. Thank you so much Denise for sharing your heart with us all, and for allowing me to share it with others. Big big love.
Kendra and I discuss what it's like to grow up as a black woman in the Pacific Northwest. We talk about racism, the "whiteness" of the spiritual community, and the elephant in the room for so many of us....which is that of race. We are raw, vulnerable, honest and loving. It feels like the time is right to finally have these conversations, and so we both decided to set aside our fears and step up into this very important conversation.

My recent studies with Matt Kahn have brought forth all kinds of wisdom when it comes to the ego, our core wound, and what it means to heal and clear patterns that we have been stuck in forever. Please check me out at Evolveportland.com , on Facebook.com/reikibyalisha and on instagram.com/evolveportland . I’d love to hear how this shifts your perspectives, and any questions you have 💖

This podcast includes a meditation and light code activation to help bring in the energy from the 6:6 portalway. Have you ever been witness to something distrurbing and didn't know what to do about it? Have you been targeted and wished someone would help you, but nobody did? Do you know what to do if you see something happening that doesn't seem right? This is a really important topic and I wanted to share some information that I have from my class on Nonviolence at PSU.
