Evolving and Creative Humps

In this podcast we’re stripping the bullshit and getting down to the unfiltered parts of life through raw, authentic, and often difficult conversations. We’re talking about resilience, about picking yourself up from some extreme lows and rising stronger. Through my personal journey of self discovery, and sobriety, I’ve learned and continue to learn what it takes to get up and stay up. We’re sharing stories and all of the tools collected in maintaining a consistent environment for self growth, love and discovery. We’ll hear from others who are breaking barriers and climbing incredibly tough mountains. Connection matters, stories matter and without that we are nothing.
