Kerr believes that understanding death from a broader, cosmic perspective can lead to a deeper, more meaningful life.

Kara Goodwin, a meditation and spiritual transformation coach,  returns to Evolving Humans to continue our discussion about the potential of meditation as a tool for deepening our connection to higher consciousness.
Goodwin shares her experiences of expanded consciousness, often occurring as she falls asleep, where she sees repeating patterns, colorful geometries, and feels her consciousness lifting and descending.
She also discusses the concept of non-local consciousness, which she describes as the animating force running through everything.
We also explore the idea that our memories and experiences are stored in our bodies, and how this can impact our current lives.
Goodwin believes that meditation is a supportive practice that helps to activate our psychic senses and raise our base resonating frequency.

 In this podcast episode, Julia Marie shares a reading from her upcoming book, Signals from My Soul: A Spiritual Memoir of Awakening.  The book is my story of awakening and the journey from fear-filled to trusting in my connection to my Soul, and to Spirit.

Chapter 18 is There Can Be Miracles and is the story of Ray, a man who experienced a healing his doctor describes as miraculous.

Ray, who had a severely damaged back, was healed after Julia did energy healing with him. Ray's doctor confirmed the inexplicable recovery by taking two sets of x-rays at Ray's request.

Julia reflects on this experience, acknowledging that while she may facilitate the process, it is ultimately up to the individual to accept their healing.

In the October Cosmic Weather Report, host Julia Marie discusses the astrological influences and energies of the month. The theme for October is change, with many aspects fostering transformation.

Despite his diagnosis and the potential recurrence of cancer, McBee lives each day with gratitude and has made significant lifestyle changes, including a dramatic change in diet and the adoption of meditation and alternative healing practices.
 He also discusses the deepening of his spiritual connection and the improvement of his relationships since his diagnosis. McBee shares his story to inspire others to make healthier choices and to provide hope and positivity to other cancer patients.

Julia Marie reports on the upcoming cosmic energies at play in September. The key word for the month? Balance.

The energy from the intense summer is slowing down and the Equinox will bring a time of balancing polarities.  Reflect on old patterns and insecurities that may reemerge.

There are major astrological transits happening in September, including the end of Venus and Mercury retrogrades and the beginning of a new one when Jupiter begins a backward dance.

Use this time to clear out energies that no longer serve you and to set intentions for growth. Create a routine that includes self-care, exercise, leisure, and work balance, organizing and prioritizing, and add mindfulness meditation to daily routines.
