 In this episode of the Evolving Humans podcast, host Julia Marie interviews Melanie Trupp, a spiritual counselor and author. This is Part 2 of our conversation.

Melanie explains that our intuition is only as good as our belief system and that to live intuitively from an honest, authentic place, we need to let go of our hypnosis and beliefs. 

She also discusses the concept of codependency in relationships and the importance of becoming conscious and aware.

Julia Marie interviews Melanie Trupp, a counselor and relationship expert with 25 years of experience. This episode is Part 1 of a two-part conversation.
Trupp discusses the spiritual aspects of relationships, including the relationship with oneself. 
She emphasizes the importance of self-awareness and self-love, and how these aspects can impact our relationships with others. 
Trupp also discusses the concept of hypnosis and de-hypnosis, explaining that everyone is in a form of hypnosis, whether they are aware of it or not. She explains that hypnosis is the belief system that we have, and her job is to help people break free of these trances.
 Trupp also discusses the difference between ego and self, explaining that the ego is the independent part of us that is out for survival, while the self is the part of us that is connected to everything else.

 In the February 2024 Cosmic Weather Report, vibrational astrologer Michael Spremulli discusses the astrological events and their potential impacts.

The full moon on February 24th signifies a time for harvest, particularly for those who have put in hard work.

This week, Evolving Humans  host Julia Marie interviews Kimberly Braun, a former Carmelite nun who built a 17,000 square foot monastery with no prior experience.
She was the youngest nun at that location when Mother Mary visited and declared it was time to build a permanent home.

 Braun shares her journey of faith, trust, and surrender, explaining how she was inspired to build the monastery after a deep longing for silence and solitude.

She emphasizes the importance of saying "yes" to the divine and allowing oneself to be an instrument through which grace flows.

Braun also discusses her evolution in her relationship with the divine, moving towards a pathless path and a more implicit intentionality.

The podcast highlights the power of faith and surrender in achieving seemingly impossible tasks, and  provides evidence that with Spirit, all things are possible. We just have to do our part.

For those of you who want to know why I finally wrote about my story, and who exactly this book is for, give this short episode a listen.

The story has literally been decades in the making, and I have a newfound respect for every author out there. It's no small task to write a book.
 Julia Marie explains that the book is about living from the inside out and remembering who you are. The book is based on her personal spiritual journey and experiences with the extraordinary.
She shares how her legal training helped her make sense of her spiritual awakening and how she dedicated her life to testing her connection to her soul and higher guidance.

The book is intended for people seeking to deepen their connection to their inner light and offers strategies and techniques for changing their lives. It provides real-world examples of integrating a spiritual practice into daily life. The book is written in chronological order, with some chapters arranged topically. It includes stories that illustrate specific principles she gained from her spiritual journey.

I know I am a catalyst for others, and suspect there are activation keys and codes embedded in the book, so be aware if things start shifting in your life, it's possible you're getting a wake up call as well.

 Signals from My Soul: A Spiritual Memoir of Awakening is a book by Julia Marie that chronicles her spiritual journey and awakening. The book aims to challenge limiting beliefs about humanity and encourage readers to explore their unique soul connections.

The Foreword was written by esteemed author Betty J. Kovacs, PhD. Julia was awakened early one morning with the words: "Ask her to write the foreword for your book." She knew Spirit meant Betty, as they had recently completed an episode for Evolving Humans.
Despite a slight hesitation, Julia Marie has learned to follow such guidance even when she personally doubts the outcome.

Betty J. Kovacs is someone Julia deeply respects and greatly admires, and when Julia sent the request, the response from Betty was immediate. "Please send along the manuscript so I can read it, and I will be happy to write the foreword for your book."

Betty J Kovac, PhD, highlights Julia's experiences, including a vision of the integral connectedness of all creation and the importance of each individual to the success of the Divine Plan. Julia's experiences also include a spontaneous activation of her healing ability and the sensation of a fiery heat rising in her spine, known as the rising of Kundalini. The book emphasizes the importance of raising our frequency to intensify our connection with higher consciousness.

Julia Marie welcomes vibrational astrologer Michael Spremulli back for a lively discussion of the dominant energy waves (vibrations ) for the first month of 2024.

Michael explains that the month will be characterized by expansion, with Jupiter playing a significant role in various aspects. 

From January 6th to 11th, Jupiter, Uranus, and Neptune will be active in the 80th vibration, making it an ideal time for launching new projects or sharing unique visions. 

From January 25th to February 1st, Jupiter, Pluto, and Neptune will be active in the 26th vibration, making it a prime time for marketing and promotion. 

Spremulli also highlights the significance of Pluto moving into Aquarius at the end of January, which he predicts will lead to major technological advances and potentially confirmation of extraterrestrial life.

 In this episode, Julia Marie talks with vibrational astrologer Michael Spremulli. They discuss the predominant astrological vibrations of 2024 and how they can be successfully navigated.

Michael explains that the planet Pluto will be entering the sign of Aquarius for the first time in our lifetimes, marking a significant shift in energy patterns. This shift is expected to bring about major political and social revolutions, similar to those that occurred the last time Pluto was in Aquarius in the late 18th century.
