It is inescapable. We live, we love and ultimately we lose. No matter who you are, or how amazing your life is- we are going to grieve the loss of someone we love. It is one of the guarantees in life, and yet, one of the hardest journeys that we take as a human. 

There is no fast fix for grief, there is no way around the emotions as they roll in and out sometimes with out warning. As mediums often we feel the grief a person is holding even before a session begins, as a grieving person often we don't know how to get through a day. 

This episode is with an amazing soul and somatic grief therapist, Wendy Black Stern. She has gone through her own traumatic and transforming experience as a grieving mother. Through these experiences she found a path forward and now helps other people moving through grief find themselves again.
