Leah Simmons is a force.
With an unmistakable presence that commands the room, her empowering energy seems straight from life source itself.
Leah spent over 14 years as a Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer and Kundalini Yoga Teacher transforming people’s physiques (including her own) before quickly realising that just training your body isn't enough to make you happy.
She then moved to Bali, shaved her head and created KAAIAA; a fitness program to help people unlock courage and go beyond what they think is possible.
I’ve been taking KAAIAA classes since 2021 and they have transformed my life. There’s no adequate words to describe it - it’s always a mystical experience. Leah’s philosophy now is simple, if you change the way you view yourself, you’ll change the way the world views you.

Angus McQueen works in eCommerce, loves the ocean, enjoys surfing and spends weekends with his fun-loving group of friends.
Many would say he’s a typical millennial. Except, there is nothing typical about Angus.
Angus lost his mum as a teenager. At 16, navigating high school is enough - let alone grief, loss and a family breakdown. The pain that ensued is Angus’ personal story, and he tells it best.
On the other side, Angus now loves meditation, ice baths and meeting new people. He works as an instructor for Waves of Wellness, advocating men’s mental health. Today we talk about growing up, resilience and what it means to be alive.
It’s been a privilege to watch Angus’ journey over the last 10 years. His capacity for kindness and empathy continues to inspire me. This episode is for anyone who has lost a loved one, or who is currently in the process of grieving.
