American consumers have been more than a little skittish when it comes to whole heartedly adopting Electric Vehicles.
From their comparatively high cost that is only partially offset by tax incentives, to a lack of adequate charging stations; Americans have been more likely to choose old, familiar gas guzzlers, or to hedge their bets with hybrids.
