Senior Fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Center and Director of EPPC's Health and Human Services Accountability Project, Roger Severino, joins to give us his take on today's oral arguments. Meanwhile, In a speech, President Joe Biden touted “record job creation” as new Labor Department job numbers arrived that were far from impressive. And the Commission of the Bishops' Conference of the European Union (COMECE), says it looks forward to working with the country of France, which took over the presidency of the European Council on New Year's Day. General Secretary of COMECE, Fr. Manuel Barrios Prieto, joins to tell us his hopes for the working relationship between COMECE and the new president of the European Council. Finally this evening, a massive wildfire swept through Colorado last week, leaving the state to declare a major disaster.
