The announcement comes less than 80 days before the November midterm elections and the idea is very popular with young people. Republicans, however, say the debt cancellation is primarily going to benefit the well off. Cofounder of RightForge.com and Senior Editor at the Federalist, Chris Bedford, joins to share his reaction to President Biden's student loan proposal, what he makes of the timing and how he thinks this will play politically heading into the midterms. Bedford gives us his takeaways on the results of the primaries in Florida and New York. And a new report says China's mistreatment of the Uyghur religious minority amounts to "modern-day slavery."
