In this episode I give some context of what it is like to be a sex offender with children. It is difficult enough having kids and raising them right but if you are a sex offender, it is exceptionally difficult to even get by. This is especially true if you are on probation, you cannot be alone with your own daughter or son! I worry about my children being bullied or made fun of, not having friends and watching their sports or other school functions.

Every single law is different in every state and it can get confusing, it's best to check every single law to be safe. If you work in a different state than you live, you may have to register in that state. If you are visiting a state for a certain amount of time, you may have to register in that state as well. I was falsely arrested and accused of a serious crime by the Federal Bureau Of Investigation. I was charged with possession of child abuse videos. I knew that I did not do this but did everyone else? What about now? What is it like being arrested by the FBI, what is it like being accused of a crime you didn’t commit? How do you get through something like this? Luckily, I didn’t have to do much jail time before they realized I didn’t commit the crime but many people do. I feel a certain empathy for them and hope this helps some people who may be going through the same things. The federal (and state) justice system is flawed, I go through many of the reasons in this episode. I also give tips on how to go through something like this and come out a better person because of it.

On this episode I give my experience and recommendations for drug test and alcohol consumption while on probation to decrease your chances of being arrested or violated. Should you drink while on probation if you’re allowed? Can you do drugs if you have four days until your drug test? What about if I’m supposed to be off of probation but I haven’t received papers or confirmation, can I then? I answer these questions and more in this episode.
