Before anyone comments on this, no, I didn't fact-check his numbers. They are irrelevant. It's the concept that stood out to me.

The thing is, if you just dealt with this thing you are carrying that is adding all this excess baggage, you would see how strong it has made you.

It's not a curse. It's a test. It was there to show you how to overcome difficulty, not to punish you.

The punishment is self-induced. You just need to refocus where your thoughts and energy go. Then you'll see the truth.
