Moore also explained her efforts to combat childhood lead poisoning in Milwaukee and Flint, and her fight to keep voters engaged in the face of extreme Republican gerrymandering, as well as the crucial role that the Affordable Care Act plays in keeping her district healthy. “Some of this money for the doggone wall, I wish they would put into places like Flint and Milwaukee,” says Rep. Moore who helped secure hundreds of millions of dollars to remove lead from America’s water infrastructure.
