This past Sunday, BET celebrated 50 years of hip hop at the 2023 BET Awards Show. It was certainly a star-studded event with a long list of musical performances. Although she's currently on tour, Beyonce managed to snag the win for an award in three different categories. DJ Kid Capri kept the hip hop party going all night long. Host where? Not this year, MC Lyte held it down as the emcee to help move the show along. There were plenty of celebrity appearances, Tiktok dance moments, emotional acceptance speeches, and jaw-dropping moments. Did you see the Migos performance? How about Patti Labelle? She was trippin.
