A panel of distinguished executives in the field of finance discuss their individual career paths and describe some of the skills and qualifications necessary to find a job and build a successful career.

Panelists include Joseph Leone, Vice Chairman and CFO, CIT Group Inc.; Gerald Rothstein, (former) Managing Director, CIBC Capital Partners; and Lawrence Simon, President, Ivy Asset Management Corporation.

A question and answer session follows.
