“Exercise” is the only word I used for a really long time. Back in the day when I would trade time for calories, I saw it as a chore and sometimes even as a punishment.
Fast forward to today, I just got back from a vaca where movement was fun and exactly what I loved. Hiking and sightseeing in nature. Yellowstone and The Grand Tetons did not disappoint! And, I felt strong.
We all have a long-term relationship with exercise - am I right? This isn’t the first time I have spoken about exercise and divine feminine. But, I love the word movement, rather than exercise.
It is key to the whole living we really want.
