EXERCISE BRINGS BALANCE, IDEAS, AND A HA MOMENTS!
When I move my body it helps me feel peaceful and connected. When I am riding with the horses or running on the treadmill it shifts my awareness.
I can really tell especially when I get out of the habit of exercising how both my body and my mind are no longer in balance. It is so easy to get out of the habit of working out and much harder to stay in that place of commitment.
