It's been a couple of weeks since our last episode and it's because of good things. First was Thanksgiving, which I hope everyone enjoyed and shoutout to all those who had to work and keep watch while so many were off. We appreciate you! The second week was because we were at our second Dynamic Populations training event in Orlando, FL. This was a challenging event to pull off, complicated by some logistical issues outside of our control, and a lesson in not giving up. John and I discuss what went well, what was new and different, and how strong the headwinds were leading up to the event.
