Exercising WITH Electrolytes - the vital MUST HAVES!

Exercise requires muscles to contract consistency during  set tasks.  To make this happen efficiently and  facilitate the electrical currents flooding the body - we need electrolytes!! 

Too often, many people simply drink water fro the tap or filter and forget to add in their electrolytes before exercise which leads to headaches, cramping, fatigue, nausea and so much more!

Electrolytes are the KEY to the door of your cells!
