I know you’ve heard of being physical exhausted, but did you know that you can be mentally and emotionally exhausted as well. Just like when you over work your body, you can also over work your brain to the point that it gets exhausted. When you’re constantly over thinking this can cause your brain to start to feel over worked. Which then can start to make you very emotional. Which can make you feel many different emotions like sadness, loneliness, depression, anxiety, and etc. Now did you know that if you sit in those emotions for to long then not only are you mentally exhausted but now your can be emotionally exhausted as well. In this episode I share with you how I've experienced this myself and how it can feel being in the thick of things.
