Tonight on the show we cover one of the wildest conspiracies out there and the real life inspiration for the popular T.V show Stranger Things.

The Montauk Project is a conspiracy theory that alleges there were a series of United States government projects conducted at Camp Hero or Montauk Air Force Station at Montauk Point, New York, an old radar facility left over from the Second World War.

This as the story goes, was done for the purpose of developing psychological warfare techniques and exotic research including time travel. The story of the Montauk Project originated in the Montauk Project series of books by Preston Nichols which intermixes those stories with stories about the Bulgarian Experiment.
