Some more common misconceptions about feminism. Honestly, there's probably gonna be a part 3 since I keep coming across uninformed people all the time who, at least on the bright side, are giving me content for this series. Also check out the new website I just launched: https://khushisalgia.wixsite.com/ignorantlyeducated
Characteristics of real vs. fake feminism, part 1.

Chronic Procrastinators, gather round! In this episode, I talk about the evolutionary purpose of procrastination and then give you scientifically backed ways to break this horrendous habit.
Also please write me a review as I am always open to feedback and would love to know what you think so I know what to start/stop/keep doing.
Thank you for listening!
Some things I like to tell myself when I have no motivation to work out. If you consistently tell yourself these things, you can build discipline to do it to the point where it is a habit and you don't need motivation anymore. I do have a blog post about this so check it out if you prefer a written version. Thank you for listening!

Hello, I know it's been a while, but I'm back! I plan to get it together and start uploading regularly since I have so many exciting ideas lined up! Also, sorry about the sound, my hair keeps brushing against the microphone. I tried to edit as much of it out as I could, and I'll make sure it won't happen again. Anyways, this episode is all about introverts! I debunk some misconceptions, talk about the advantages of introversion, and give some advice for the fellow introverts out there. Hope you enjoy and if you have the time, please leave a review!

Ah, yes, in this episode we will be discussing most students' biggest annoyance: receiving bad grades especially when you worked so hard and thought you knew all the material. For some of us more competitive folks, this can be incredibly disheartening, but it's not the end of the world, despite what everyone says. Thank you for being here and please feel free to send in requests for podcast topics as I am always up for a challenge. Please enjoy!
Don't be fooled by the title - this is not some cheesy rant about how "#blessed" everyone is. I mean, yes we are blessed, but in this episode I get real about the things that we can all be grateful for every second of every day and by keeping these in mind, it will cause us to be much less irritable and happy in the moment. Thank you so much for listening and I hope this inspires you today.
