John Mutton was the mayor of Clarington from 2000-2006., after one term as Regional Councillor. In 2006 he lost his bid for 3rd term as mayor, but then made an effort to become the chair of the Region of Durham in 2018. John is a resident of Bowmanville and is the owner and CEO of Municipal Solutions. John has a unique perspective to share some context as we prepare for the 2022 municipal election in Clarington.
