Jenine went from buying beads and wire from Michaels to sell to her friends, to having her designs mass-produced overseas and featured at Costco. It's difficult to go into business for yourself - but many people who have succeeded in "owning their job" are nervous about scaling up into a business with employees, suppliers, long-term contracts, etc. So I wanted to talk to Jenine about how they made it happen.
