In today’s episode I will be discussing how I’ll be going from broke, nerd Spider-Man delivering pizza’s to a fit, sexy superhero that everybody knows and loves. I discuss therapy, living a healthy lifestyle and why I’m better than you (I’m kidding please don’t yell at me).

My mission in life is to be a living example to people that you can go through some horrific trauma in life, and still thrive and be happy (in my opinion the deeper you feel your pain, suffering and trauma- the deeper you’re able to feel love, joy and excitement)
 They’re needed for one another to be felt. This can help us find more acceptance, peace, willingness and respect for the tumultuous times in life. By living my life by this philosophy, as well as mindfully and intentionally, my hope is to act as a lighthouse for those lost in the dark. Not just by telling you, but by showing you.
