Ordinarily humans pay no attention to these coexisting complementarities and more often we settle upon a preferred or limited definition, as for instance the terms ‘disintegration,’ and ‘disassociative.’ Usually we think of this word disintegration synonymous with destruction. But disintegration also means, “separation into component parts,” and disassociative is less preferred than disassociate or dissociate, from Oxford University Press Thesaurus and Dictionary.
