After a lenghty spell in the paddock we are back and ready to begin our assault for the summer/autumn carnival. Group 1 racing returns to Caufield, where a strong field takes shape for the C.F. Orr Stakes, highlighted by defending champ Mr Brightside. We preview this and discuss much more!!

It has been a brilliant Flemington Carnival so far. Massive crowds, great racing, brilliant storylines, and what a finish we have in store for saturday. Over 25 group 1 winning horses are running, in what may be the best meeting of the entire spring carnival. We look at what we've seen and preview what's to come. Cannot wait!!

Pride of Jenni, Prognosis, Mr Brightside, Via Sistina and others, all figure to be fighting out the finish in the W.S. Cox Plate. We are full swing ahead with the Spring Carnival, with two of Australia's biggest races taking place this week. Before we get to that, we dissect the track at Caufield, and assess weather claims of a track bias were accurate. Then we get into the race previews, and boy are they good. The Everest and King Charles Stakes are absolutely stacked, and don't forget about one of our most iconic handicap races, the Caufield Cup. So much to discuss!!!
