Paul Rosen is the Global CRO of ShipBob, a tech/fulfillment company which has grown over 25X since 2018. He also sits on the board of the Better Business Bureau in Chicago. Paul is a hands on leader who isn't afraid of making calls with his team or getting in front of the Board to present results.
Prior to his work at ShipBob, Paul worked as the COO of CoverWallet, an online insurance management company. Before CoverWallet, Paul served as the Chief Sales Officer at OnDeck Capital, Inc., a fintech online business lender, from 2011-2017. At the time he joined, it was a 10M business with 10 sales employees, and by the end of his role in 2017, had grown to over 200 salespeople and close to 400M in revenues & was taken public on the NYSE. Before OnDeck, he served as the VP of Sales and Marketing at E-chx. He joined the team in 2003 as the sales leader when it was a start-up payroll service provider with only 3 salespeople and 100 clients. When he left in 2011, E-chx had over 10,000 customers making it one of the largest independent payroll providers in the United States.
As a leader, he seeks not to manage people, but to rather work FOR his employees - to help them get the most out of their job, and provide them with personal and professional development. He enjoys coaching his team members and helping them develop their career plans & goals.
