I wanted to leave you with this episode about how to get rid of your expectations and let go of resentment toward yourself and others, because especially at this time of the year when we've been looking forward to time away or having a break, we want it to be a certain way and when it doesn't meet our expectations - it can often lead to resentment.

Same goes with our creativity, when we place an expectation on ourselves of what we 'should be doing' or 'should be creating', it really squashes it.

During this episode you'll meet one of my voices, Miss Broadway Brash.
She's a hoot! She's my dreamer voice. I realised by meeting this voice, just how many expectations I'd placed upon myself as an actress, and that  I began to lose the love of it.
By expressing this voice it also helped me to ground into what my true dream was, rather than the version my ego was saying.
