Expectations. "Expectations are just premeditated resentments." Often we put expectations on our partner, our children, and ourselves. If we can learn the art of tempering our expectations, we may find that we are just a little happier. Or at the very least that we aren't pissed off because someone "failed us again." This week on The Allegory and Elm Podcast Katie and Andrew May explore the pros and cons of expectations. Most of the times expectations, will leave us feeling unsatisfied or let down, but sometimes expecting more of ourselves leads to real growth. What are you expecting to get out of this episode?
