Hurricane Helene came in with a vengeance and ravaged our beloved mountain communities of Western North Carolina on September 29th, 2024.  Many lost homes, property, some lost lives and loved ones, many were without power for weeks and still some parts of my area are without clean drinking water.  These are unprecedented times at least for our generations living today.  This past month has been like nothing I've ever seen.  Through it all, I continue to be reminded that even amidst many who I've shared with and talked to going through their own personal and collective challenges the past several weeks, there is a song of hope, resilience, and trust singing to us underneath it all.  I witness each of you and your wildly sacred lives as you lean in and surrender to what is being asked of you as you… 

Weave the worlds of spirit and form

Learn to heed the whispers of your soul

Remember and affirm the gifts you have for these times

Hold the both AND

We are expansive.

We are a healing balm for this world.

We are here for reasons beyond just us.

We know this and yet sometimes we need to be reminded.

This is the mystery school of the wildly sacred.

This is where the “rubber meets the road.”

This is where your soul calls you into alignment even more and you stop doubting all you were made for.

It is my deepest honor to share this workshop with you as a cornerstone and foundation for your journey moving from surviving to sacred. 

 Living a wildly sacred life does not mean it is always sunshine and rainbows or a way to guarantee nothing bad ever happens again in your life, but IT IS a practice of holding the complexity of this human experience.  

 One thing has become abundantly clear to me in my own journey…

 The depth of your practice in cultivating the most wildly sacred life when life is flowing and good will be the foundation of your resilience when sh*t hits the fan.  Wildly sacred life is not just something that happens, it is something we must continually practice.

 During this workshop together we will:

-Define what survival looks and feels like and how it's limiting you from living your most wildly sacred life.

-Teach you how to move from fragility to flexibility and practices to support a resilient nervous system.

-Steep in the Medicine of your own Story and activate a deeper integration and healing with it.

-Activate Sacred Living Rituals to incorporate in your daily life as a support system for the road ahead.
