We are all creatures of habit, and our habits are powerful. Aristotle famously said ‘ You are what you repeatedly do.’ Too often we have high hopes, but destructive habits – they cancel each other out, and we don’t ever feel like we’re moving forward in our lives. It’s time to stop ignoring our habits and take control of who we are today and where we’ll be tomorrow.
