It might seem extreme to fast and pray but we know that removing distractions to focus on God will allow us to receive his direction more clearly and run towards his purposes for our lives, our church, and our city.

We love summer, but sometimes the high temperatures and long days can take their toll. Too much heat can tire us out and wear us down.
