We are created in the likeness of God who is the body, the word, the spirit thus we are Spirit beings. We are made to worship Him in Spirit and in truth. This is our affirmation this week.

Our life is guided by faith and not by sight. Our faith in God reflects in our daily actions thus this week, we affirm the reflection of our walk with Him.  We are trees planted by streams of water that yields its fruit in its season. We walk in love for God is love!

We are friends of the Most High God. This week we affirm the true relationship between us and our Father.

We are a product of God's grace! This week, we affirm the grace of God upon our lives because we can approach His throne of Grace with confidence.

Affirmations of the Word of God keep us dwelling in His presence. Starting today, we shall be sending out affirmations weekly. We enjoin you to say it, meditate on it and live it.

Pastor Kayode gave his hindsight here on obedience. He elaborated on children obeying their parents, wife submitting to their husbands and other examples the Bible gave. Even Jesus obeyed in the Bible. Phil. 2:8; "And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross".
