Observed each July and originally designated as National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month, BIPOC Mental Health Month highlights the unique mental health challenges and needs of historically disenfranchised or oppressed racial and ethnic groups in the United States. Black and Indigenous people and other people of color (BIPOC) experience a broad spectrum of ongoing discrimination, oppression, and inequity rooted in America’s colonialist history, all of which foster both collective and individual trauma in those communities.

No matter where you are in life or how spiritual you are, finding a  sense of inner peace is a constant yearning you may face. Learning to  become at peace with yourself is one of the most basic human desires,  and is often a skill that requires a lot of practice.

I started a Radio Career in 1990 at the 1st Black Gospel radio Station on WMBM on South Beach Miami until 1993. We on to work from 1993 to 2003 at the 1st Black FM radio station called StarForce 99 nowadays called 99Jamz served as Production Director for 10 years we were the number 1 soul station in the USA for a decade Owned by Jerry Rushin presently purchased by Cox. I also in 2003 went to work for the 1st Black Gospel station in Atlanta WYZE. In the South region I work for over 30 television and radio stations in my 20 years of broadcasting including Power hits 97.5 in Junction City Kansas, and 96.3 of Manhattan Kansas Broadcasting. I learn to use reel to reels on 1/4 inch tape to using Digital Mackie recording equipment. I have emceed Gospel shows with Cedella Booker the mother of Bob Marley before her passing in 2008. I hosted Gospel shows in church with the mother of Luther Vandross Mary Vandross. I knew Earl Simmons and many hip hop artist personally. I started the very 1st hip hop radio show in Miami Florida which included the Luke Show with Luther Campbell of the 2 Live Crew. Working with DJ Khaled to DJ Red Alert and many others.creating radio commercials is my talent I worked with Alicia Keys on a few occasions with Pepsi. I have created commercials with CBS of New York and worked with Attorney Janet Reno from 90 to 1993 on her very own radio show.
