Discuss the instructions on step 6 and 7 on page 76.  Then review the 5th step promises. We are going to look at the introduction to step 6-7 in Drop the Rock including the story about dropping the rock.

Lois Wilson had the original manuscript that went to the printer in 1939.  It had the corrections penciled in and notations and comments written by bill and others. It is a powerful historical document and reflects the thinking of the authors and the thought that went into each word. It was auctioned in 2010 and the purchaser gave it to the world. One of my AA buddies gave the book that they put together to me and it has been a real treasure. Today I look at the documents that they put together to give further history and even Bills recollection of the conversations that they had to decide to write the book as well as anecdotes about the editing process.
