In this episode I take a final look at these important steps. I spend some time on the St. Francis prayer. What it says to me and how I use it in my daily prayer and meditation. Then try to summarize these 2 steps that are crucial for my achieving emotional sobriety.

In this episode we complete our look at the forward to the second edition which has the history of AA in the first 16 years. In particular why we have the traditions and how they came into being.  Then we look at the original AA preamble from 1940 that was used at early meetings. It is eye opening .
