We live in a world where it's all too easy to blame others and stay in a state of anger and discontent. Today I practiced taking responsibility for my own mistakes rather than blaming others for their actions.

My gym celebrated it's 12 year anniversary and it was a blast, the energy reserves are gone in the best ways possible

The rain is like us, it can be beautiful and heal and feed, or it can be destructive. We at least get to make that choice. Choose loving and healing.

When we get hurt, we tell ourselves and others that we don't want to love anymore. This isn't the truth. The truth is we don't want to be hurt when in love again, yet we still want to love nonetheless
