Experiencing Love and Excitement

I had a day so normal that I was able to just flow right through it. I can't even remember if something went poorly because it seems I've already let it go. Have a flow-full day my friend!

I'm feeling crazed tonight and I shared that for better or for worse.

It's easy to live in a world where we're most focused on what could be instead of what it, especially when it comes to love. I've done it, have you?

It's not easy to notice the shifts in ourselves on a day to day basis, but every once in a while it's worth looking back and seeing how far we've come. Today I'm feeling extremely proud of just how far I've grown.

Sometimes, we don't have a lot to give. Life wears us down and causes us to stumble. It's alright to stumble as long as we get back up and we learn from our mistakes.

From these moments, giving what we have can feel like a lot. Ultimately you give what you can with the resources you have.

I was immediately on edge when I met this man earlier today. I knew something wasn't right. Yet despite this I was able to return to reason and find love within myself. That's what I really needed.

Everyday I wake up is a blessing. I'm grateful for it, even if I do spend a bunch of the day distracted.

Being a man means giving. Giving is best when it comes from a full cup. Having a full cup means taking care of yourself to fill that cup. When you take care of yourself, you are setting yourself up to be the best man you can be.
