I talk about experimenting as a leader all the time, but I think marketing is one of the purest places because we attach dollars to our marketing, and we're used to track so we can use some of the ideas that we employ in marketing. When we do other thought leadership in organizations, we can think about what we want, what we're trying, and what we want to measure. We can think about how we do that. And it's a great way to experiment but also to learn the lessons of marketing.
