Hello everyone! We are at episode 9! For everyone who has been following our interviews so far, this is a good one!
We invited Tim Higgins for this episode. One of the most interesting things about Tim and his career journey, is that he always found a way to do what he liked. If you guys have listened to our previous interviews, a lot of our experts say exactly that - find a way to do what you like.
We learnt a lot from this interview with Tim. He talks about how important it is to understand testing, and testing with the customer in mind. He also touches on the complex relationship between design and test, and how one can bridge the gap between the two.
As Tim reflects on his career to answer our questions, he encourages the audience to test the environment that you are in continuously, and be willing to take risks so we can challenge ourselves to grow in our careers. We had a lot of fun with this interview. We think you guys will find it informative and helpful to design a career path for yourselves. Let us know in the comments!

Guys, we’ve listened to some very interesting people so far. This next interview is with Vinita Viswanarayan, the branding director from AstraZeneca. During the course of her career, Vinita made the jump from being an engineer to the commercial side of things. Her insight on career transitions and how one can take small steps to realize a new role is invaluable in this interview.
This interview with Vinita was very interesting. If you pay attention closely, Vinita's answers all take into account, the bigger picture. Before she gives her thoughts on a specific subject, she answers the question from a “why” perspective. Why do we need background information? Why do we need feedback? Why ask the question? Why should we ask “why”? We hope you guys start asking yourselves these questions as well, after this interview. When we did, we certainly discovered some surprising new avenues to explore.

Hello hello! We are back with episode 6 for the EITF project. We’ve been loving the interaction that we are having with our audience! Speaking of interactions and forming connections, for this next interview, we reached out to Sreeja Nair, the director of product management at Qualcomm.
Sreeja loved the idea of the EITF project because she has always believed in encouraging those who come after her in her field of work. She talks about how important it is to have a mentor, someone who can guide and recognize your potential. For the EITF project, Sreeja reveals the secrets of co-opetition, and on the role it plays in aiding a successful career. She also talks about the distinction between a job and a career, and how one can grow in each. She empathizes on the importance of forming connections with the professional community outside of work and maintaining those connections. We could relate to a lot of her answers and we learnt a lot from her. We also felt very encouraged to pursue greater heights in our careers, after our conversation with Sreeja. We are sure you guys will feel the same way after watching this interview. Ok! Let’s move on to the interview now!

Hi everyone, welcome to episode 7 in our video series. We hope you guys are finding our videos educative. Episode 7 features Leigh Chinitz.
It’s interesting that Leigh made a change in his field of work right out of education. He talks about this transition and his first interview. When a lot of us make career transitions and apply for roles outside of our fields, we ask ourselves, “why would they hire me?” Leigh took it one step further and asked the person who interviewed him. The answer is surprising and very intelligible. He also talks about what it means to strive to be on top of your game at any job that you are in. He is certainly the most knowledgeable person we know, and his answers to our questions are very interesting. They make you think outside the box when you introspect on your career. Enjoy the interview you guys and as usual, let us know what you think in the comments!

Hi everyone! We are at episode 5! We are loving the feedback, so keep it coming! This next episode is one for all our viewers out there, looking to make career transitions. In episode 5, we talk to Tash Tseng.
All right everyone, we know what you are all thinking at this point about the name of the episode. The episode is named “The Pitch”, not because Tash comes from a sales background, but because Tash talks about what it means to take the first step towards approaching a problem, with an amazing baseball analogy. he also talks about what it means to make career transitions, and what factors should be considered before making that decision. In our interview with Tash, we noticed a recurring theme. He not only talks about how one can advance in their careers, but also how one can contribute to the growth of their organizations. He emphasizes on team and team building. He talks about what it takes for an employee to contribute to a team, and what it takes for an organization to help their employees see and contribute to their vision. This interview with Tash helped we realize how important it was to understand the organization that we worked for. We would love to hear what stood out to you guys in this interview. Hey guys, welcome to the next episode. In this episode, we interview Mahesh Balasubramanian, the Managing director and CEO of Kotak Life insurance in India.
We found Mahesh’s profile very interesting for our interview. We had had questions that would benefit employees, managers, organizations and entrepreneurs and Mahesh has done it all. In this interview, Mahesh talks about his career, his venture, what it took to fail and fail fast, and how he learnt to keep up with the ever changing market. If we think about it, his career started in 1992 and a lot has changed since then! We were fascinated with the way he spoke about his venture "ApnaLoan", and the lessons he learnt from working on his own project. He talks about how the first step to innovation is to creatively destroy what you think you know. This was a wonderful interview and we hope you guys enjoy it as much as we did.

Well, we are at episode 3 everyone! We figured that this is a good time to release our interview with Jim and Mike. This is going to be a super fun interview! Jim and Mike bring us answers from the unique viewpoint of expert individual contributors. We think another reason why this interview stands out is because all of us can relate to them, since everyone in the professional community at some capacity is an individual contributor. Jim and Mike talk about not only how you can get a job, but how to stay at the top of your game everyday. Personally, Nandini works with both of them everyday and we love that this episode is going to bring to the world, what she learnt from them.

Episode 2 features Todd McNeal, the Co founder of Reflect, a no code test automation tool for web applications.
This interview with Todd is very unique. Todd answers our questions with a lot of empathy for the audience that the questions cater to. For example, when we asked questions that were meant to help managers, Todd put himself in the shoes of the employee that reports to the manager, which brought a surprisingly new perspective for the answer to our questions. He doesn’t hesitate to critique his own methods in the past, as he learnt and grew from his experiences and his outlook was refreshing. We found ourselves reflecting on our own learnings and career developments. We hope you guys enjoy the interview, and as always, don’t forget to follow our LinkedIn page and leave comments and feedback!
