Expired Relationships

My goal is to help others find true joy in their lives. Sharing my perspective of how I came to find my true authentic self by living in process. Focusing on growing and developing awareness in what I believe are the 6 key areas of focus to live a life of joy. Relationship with yourself and others, mental strength and fortitude, emotional awareness, physical fitness, spirituality, and financial awareness. 
From victimhood to owning my life fully, I completely changed the person I was, into the man I wanted to be. Feeling like I had zero control over what happened in my life, to getting everything I could ask for and more. By learning to live in the present moment focussing on  process instead of outcomes. 
It's not the easiest journey, finding your true self. I'm here to help others along their path to find their truth and joy in life, by learning to let go of the beliefs, programming, thoughts put onto us by others and begin to discover and solidify your own truths and beliefs
