Annie Coleman is Global Ambassador for Stanford University's Center on Longevity and Founder of RealiseLongevity, where she works with boards, chairs and CEOs to reframe corporate strategy, risk and human capital through the lens of longer lives. She's also the founder of Age Rebels, a movement exposing the design flaw at the heart of modern life - systems built for shorter lives that no longer serve the longer ones we're living. Before this, Annie spent over 40 years in senior leadership roles across global financial services, including as Chief Human Resources Officer at UniCredit, and senior roles at UBS and Goldman Sachs. She sits on the International Advisory Board for the Center on Longevity Leadership at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, is a Non-Executive Director of Strategic Equity Capital plc, and a Trustee of Lyme Arts Community Trust.
