In this Episode, Jamie wants to know who this funny German lady he's been hearing so much about is. Where did she come from? What does she believe? Why do the Germans call her "mommy"? Isn't that...isn't that really creepy?

We also do a brief update on the Republicans Obamacare repeal and replacement (spoiler alert: it went real bad). Also, we thought it would be an incredible idea to eat a bowl of Cherry Blasters while we recorded this episode so you may hear a lot more weird mouth sound that normal. Sorry about that, or not sorry if you're some sort of mouth sound pervert.

This week in our bonus episode we're rolling out a sexy rebrand of our clarification episodes! Now we're calling them "Double Dip" episodes. Like we take the topic, and then we...we discuss it again. Like you do with a chicken nugget, or nacho, or...other...food item....but for a podcast. Yay!

In this episode we finally discuss the Republican Obamacare replacement bill, and clarify a few things about privatization in the Canadian Health Care system. We also fix a couple of the things that Richard got wrong in the ISIS episode! If you haven't listened to Episode 6 on Obamacare and Episode 7 on ISIS you should definitely do that first. The Alt-Right Safari is back! In this bonus episode we descend once more into the internet's darkest, foulest, most squarespace-based corners. We take a look at the platform of an insane person running for the Virginia state legislature, read a very bleak and weird thread on 4chan's /pol/ board, and get some terrible advice about the sexual marketplace from the dinguses at Return Of Kings. Join us as we gaze upon their works, ye normies, and despair!

This week we are bringing you a super light and fun episode about ISIS! No but seriously strap yourselves in because we are slicing through some of the mystery to try to sketch a clear picture of everyone's least favourite Islamic Caliphate. There was so much to talk about that we had to bring in our dear buddies Tom Hill and Devin Mackenzie (A.K.A. Hip.Bang!) to come and keep us sane. Or were they ISIS sleeper agents all along? THE ONLY WAY TO KNOW IS TO LISTEN!

In this Clarification Episode we revisit the Alt-Right post-Yiannocalypse (did I just make that term up? Oh my gosh I'm a genius). We also clarify a few details about Obamacare which is weird since it's so easy to understand (please save me).

By the way, the House Republicans unveiled their Obamacare repeal and replacement bill literally as we were recording this episode, but the stuff we said about it totally applies. We'll revisit that story as it develops!

Jamie's been hearing a lot about this "Obamacare" and he has some questions about it. What, exactly, is it? What were things like before Obamacare? Why do so many people want to get rid of it? Is "weed madness" a real thing? We also talk about the Canadian healthcare system, capitalism, and how numbers can obscure the larger concepts of justice and fairness behind health policy (don't worry, there are still jokes about buttholes).
